A virtual office address in Singapore is one of the options available for use to register with ACRA.

Under ACRA’s rules, a company’s registered office must be a Singapore address that is open to the public for at least three hours during business hours on each business day. It does not have to be where your business actually operates.

When you register a business with ACRA , you will be required to provide a local Singapore address for incorporation purposes. You will have 3 options.

Renting your own office space or serviced office. Either way, you will have an address for incorporation and a physical space for work. A CBD office can cost thousands of dollars per month, depending on size and location.
